## What is ArcMates?

Find your fandom friends and make plans together.

ArcMates is an 18+ anime community app with Shared Arcs, moderated Fandom Rooms, Crews, member-hosted Events, and convention discovery.

FIND FRIENDS THROUGH SHARED ARCS

• Opt into Arc Finder to meet adults open to friendship; no event or activity is required
• Browse Friends profiles using your saved preferences
• Compare pair-specific Arc Sync based on shared public anime titles, genres, and optional alignment signals
• Review a full profile and send a private Connect request
• Accept to open a private chat, pass privately, report, or block
• Arc Sync never scores popularity, appearance, rejections, or paid boosts

JOIN FANDOM ROOMS

• Find supported anime through the title directory
• Join Main Lounge, First Watch, Episode Talk, or Theories & Lore
• Choose conversations with clear spoiler labels and join warnings
• Report messages or profiles, block members, and leave any channel
• Rooms are for signed-in eligible adults; room posts do not enter the personal inbox or send push notifications

BUILD YOUR CREW

• Keep friends connected through Crew Chats
• Coordinate plans in authorized Con, Event, and Crew conversations

JOIN OR HOST EVENTS

• Find or host watch nights, cosplay meetups, manga clubs, game nights, and con meetups
• Use capacity, waitlist, invitation, external registration, and visibility controls

DISCOVER CONVENTIONS

• Browse conventions, screenings, festivals, and public community listings
• Mark Interested or Going and keep your plans together
• Open official organizer and ticket pages; ArcMates does not sell admission
• Share public Con and eligible Event pages that also work in a browser

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

• Profile discovery is a separate opt-in and turns off in Incognito mode
• Private preferences are not displayed on profile cards
• Member location stays approximate
• Exact Event venues and online-room access are available only to the host and members with a current Going RSVP
• Report, block, privacy, notification, and account-deletion controls are available in the app

Find the people whose fandom energy belongs in your next arc.
