Login issues fixed and smooth process from end to end. Worst app I have ever used. I’m on the verge of a divorce and I am forced to comply even further in order to have enough money for a lawyer. If you are told to download this app do not, I repeat do not download. Now I have fallen into a dark place filled with cocaine and hookers. Even if you have the “keep me logged in” tab checked, it logs you out. I hope the developers realize that a lot of people who use this app have some pretty important jobs that require fast response times. Especially when police and fire are on site of a vehicle accident, eagerly waiting on us to clear a scene (power lines) so they can go in and rescue someone’s life. You’d think at the bare minimum logging into the app would work, nope. I get logged out every time I attempt to open the app. 1/4 the time I can force close and reopen and I’m magically logged in. Another 1/4 the time my password isnt recognized and I end up locked out of my account. Another 1/4 i happen to just be by my work truck and have to call in to my dispatch to have them show me as accepted. The other 1/4 it magically works.
