My company requires me to use it but it simply doesn’t work well at all. Frequently can’t accept calls on the app, won’t keep me logged in no matter what I do, 1.7 star rating and they think the app works well for the vast majority of companies that use it 🤣🤣, and zero help from them. Quite frustrating logging in over and over. Only get ARCOS if you want to anger your workforce this makes them not want to come in and extend wait time ### 2/5 — Constantly being logged out *2021-09-12, version 21.36.08300936* I’ve been having an issue with my ARCOS app for over 6 months now where I continually get logged out of the app on my iPhone with updated 14.7.1 and constantly updated ARCOS app. I don’t have this issue on my iPad. But almost every time I bring up ARCOS on my iphone — which is 50 times a day lol - I have to log in again and again even though I have the “stay logged in” button checked. Great ideas! ### 1/5 — Worst app *2021-06-22, version 21.24.6101144* This app is garbage. Half of the time it won’t even work. Also it needs password updated at ridiculously frequent intervals. Why? What needs to be so secure about a call out list? I guess if the information falls into the wrong hands the balance of power in the world could change. You can try it and maybe have better luck. When the app comes up it just says “ARCO’S loading”. Iv deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times with the same results. There’s nothing I can click or anything. When I click on a Callout it merely says “this COtype is not presently supported”. But selecting the trip (swiping) does not work. The reset password function doesn’t work and nobody wants to deal with it. There’s no number to call or person to email so it’s just a log thank takes up space in my phone. I get at least 1000 notifications a day from this app but 999 of them are pointless. If I turn them off then I won’t be able to see that 1 notification I actually need. I hope the developers realize that a lot of people who use this app have some pretty important jobs that require fast response times. Especially when police and fire are on site of a vehicle accident, eagerly waiting on us to clear a scene (power lines) so they can go in and rescue someone’s life. You’d think at the bare minimum logging into the app would work, nope. I get logged out every time I attempt to open the app. 1/4 the time I can force close and reopen and I’m magically logged in. Another 1/4 the time my password isnt recognized and I end up locked out of my account. Another 1/4 i happen to just be by my work truck and have to call in to my dispatch to have them show me as accepted. The other 1/4 it magically works. Missed 5 calls this past month due to this issue. I have accepted multiple calls over this time also. Most of the time in the same place when call is received and always have good service. Call came in as NO Caller ID the past two misses. Hope this helps getting something fixed. SOON. Wait around for A work call and the system won’t let you accept the call.
