## What is ARCOS Mobile Plus?

Welcome to ARCOS Mobile Plus. 


This app is the new version of the ARCOS Mobile App for Callout and Crew Manager and replaces the previous version called ‘The ARCOS App’.  Learn More (LINK TO:  https://arcos-inc.com/mobile-plus-quick-start/) 


Please contact your ARCOS administrator for information on when to download and start using this app instead of the previous version.   


ARCOS Mobile Plus is changing the way utilities enable their employees to respond, restore and report during both daily operations and unplanned events. Use ARCOS Mobile Plus to respond to callouts, view your schedule, view rosters and receive notification. If your administrator has set you up in the ARCOS system, you simply need to log in to get started. 


Some helpful tips: 

Your session duration, timed outs and password expirations are controlled by your utility’s security policies and not by ARCOS. We are committed to ensuring the security protocols of the industry are enforced. 

 
To ensure you’re using the latest version of ARCOS Mobile Plus, select auto update in the settings menu of your mobile device.  


Contact your administrator at the utility you work for if you are experiencing issues and/or to receive your login credentials.

This app has been giving pilots trips that they have not selected. It shook have positive verification features, but it does not. Do not use! Pilots have already been fired for not showing up to trips they didn’t know about.

This interface and coding Is something a 5th grader would design at a 2 week summer camp. It’s a shame they didn’t just let the 5th grader continue to code the app because they would’ve done a better job. This makes the Apple Maps fiasco from a couple decades ago seem like a cutting edge breakthrough in comparison. There’s no chance a single coder responsible for this wants their name associated with it.

Many times I will get a call for a new trip.  I go to ARCOS to view it and the app will just load and load and load and never open up.  I will close the app and try to open it back up.  Sometimes it will open just fine but other times it will just go to the loading screen and never open. Very frustrating.
