It’s a shame they didn’t just let the 5th grader continue to code the app because they would’ve done a better job. This makes the Apple Maps fiasco from a couple decades ago seem like a cutting edge breakthrough in comparison. I go to ARCOS to view it and the app will just load and load and load and never open up. I will close the app and try to open it back up. Sometimes it will open just fine but other times it will just go to the loading screen and never open. With the product idea bank, Arcos has been taking many companies suggestions and implementing them to make the product better for users. It is definitely still a work in progress, but it has been improving with each release and our crews are finding value in downloading and using it. ### 3/5 — Better Design Than Old App *2023-08-20, version 23.32.202308081113* Update - 8/20/23: The app’s login process is leaps and bounds better than where it started. Staying logged in and utilizing the facial recognition when I need to login is great.
