The data is available on the tub’s control screen, so why isn’t it passed on to the connected app? We have zero complaints. There’s no comparison. None is more reliable, powerful, energy efficient, or more flexible than our Arctic Spa. They shine in bad weather (ice, snow, frigid temps, rain, sleet) . We love the “pool boy” software/ hardware. We can swim or row in it as well as host quite a few. I do wish they had a little bit more insulation and vibration damping. In the industry, I believe it’s the best as it is the application controls the essential functions. I love being able to check on & adjust things from my phone. BUT whenever we lose power, (or sometimes just randomly, it will disconnect too) the app takes forever to reconnect to the spa! We flip the breaker, we reset the WiFi and still it can take days.
