## What is Arctos Switch (聚星大師)?

本應用程式，聚星大師(Arctos Switch)，提供給企業(包括但不限於金融產業)的業務人員對其客戶執行視訊服務。
聚星大師應用程式基於桓竑智聯的Arctos專利技術構建而成，其通訊模式無需經過中繼伺服器，乃加密直連傳輸機制，可良好的保護通訊之隱私和安全。
客戶先於企業指定站點進行服務預約，該站點會產生服務派單進入聚星大師的後台系統，讓業務端的聚星大師應用程式和客戶端應用程式(Arctos Client，明日之星)可相互關聯，於指定的時段進行視訊互動、執行相關服務事項。
聚星大師應用程式的功能，包括：
1.  自動呈現當天的所有預約派單
2.  可手動查找其他天的預約派單
3.  可對預約派單指派服務時間或直接進行通訊
4.  與一到三方的客戶端應用程式進行視訊互動
5.  指定字卡顯示於畫面並同步到客戶端應用程式，來進行服務主題呈現或行為提醒；字卡內容可自行創建補充
6.  傳送文件連結給客戶端應用程式
將陸續更新升級而提供的功能，包含身分證件OCR辨識、人臉辨識、人證比對、視訊電子簽名等
