We’ve gotten mortgages, bridge loans, car loans and numerous cd’s and IRA’s. The staff is exceptional and always treats us like family. You are able to do all of your banking with this app. It’s very easy to use and gives you all of the information you need. It works well enough for you to do everything that you need to do. Ardent‘s mobile experience could use some improvement. That said, I love my credit union. In order for me to begin the process I had to wait 4 days for ardent to take small amounts out of my bank account and for me to report it back to verify the account, 4 DAYS that's absurd. While trying to fill out the form after I completed the verification I had a very hard time filling out the form because it would not allow me to complete the form unless to filled all 3 sections out which had nothing to do with direct deposit. ### 1/5 — Can not pay bill in app or online *2022-03-28, version 5.0.5715* Not sure why I can pay any other bill in apps with a debit card or act #, but this one I have to call in and get charged a $6 service fee or they want you to do some sort of account transfer that takes days.
