The way the questions are worded is also very confusing. There isn’t a customer support number to request a refund. Wouldn’t recommend, if looking for a good study tool use Prepry **Developer response:** You should be able to identify the specific errors with an explanation. Are you in test mode or in a study and learn mode? Test mode provides your score along with an explanation.
