Первый раз вижу на столько убогое приложение и сервис.

В среднем 3-4 часа отвечать на одно обращение и периодически любят игнорировать вопросы. Не информируют как активировать карту или как пройти онбординг. Если у вас случится проблема с картой, то в моменте вы никогда не решите вопрос потому что поддержка почти не помогает ничем.

Здравствуйте наконец-то когда будете добавлять тёмную тему все банковские приложения уже это имеют давным-давно а у банка нету

Работает ужасно. Может просто не пускать при вводе корректных данных, при попытке восстановить пароль писать что введенный моб номер для аккаунта не корректный (он корректный. вопрос, какой номер тогда вы привязали к счету и кто имеет к нему доступ еще??) Блокирует  аккаунт без причины. При этом оперативной поддержки нет, вы просто остаетесь без доступа к онлайн-банкингу.  Если есть возможность пользоваться другим банком - меняйте.

Уже не первый год являюсь клиентом банка. Комиссия почти за все операции (я не резидентка РА). Но поддержка отвратительная, нужно звонить из роуминга, чтобы выяснить, почему блокируются операции. По телефону дают один ответ, по почте другой. Так по почте еще и отвечают 1-3 рабочих дня. Пуши вечно не приходят, хотя я ЛИЧНО приезжала в банк и дважды подтверждала свой номер телефона. Картой пользуешься, но наполовину, как повезет. Часто возникают проблемы на этом фоне. Добавьте пуши и поддержку в приложение наконец.

Я не вижу своей карты в приложении! Она просто исчезла. Уже сутки это происходит. Написала в банк - сказали, что технические проблемы. Но как долго ждать решения этих проблем?
