It's not even close to challenging. Can get perfect score by being bad. It's just not even close to the same level of fun or quality as their newer time management game. One thing I do like is the game gives you extra stuff for inviting a friend or liking them on FB. This is a good company and I want them to make more time management games!!👍🏼😄 ### 2/5 — Alright Game *2016-05-23* It's not that interesting to be honest. It's the same thing every level, no challenge to it at all. You can't go faster to do more people because I think it has a cap for each level. Seats were empty and time still on clock but may capacity stayed at 15. The layout of the hospital stays the same, exactly the same for every level so I don't feel like I'm really going anywhere, they change the graphics but nothing else. Plus to get a pharmacist or other upgrades it involves having a friend download and accept the invite to play this game or liking their Facebook page etc. it honestly got boring for me and I LOVE time management games but this just took the fun out of playing it with their restrictions. ### 2/5 — Addictive but has bugs *2014-05-27, version 1.9.3* The game is very engaging but it keeps freezing up. Lessens the enjoyment when you keep having to delete it and download it again.
