Getting into real estate investing can be daunting. I found this app through a recommendation and found it easy and intuitive to use. One stop shop for real estate investing for novices like me.

I bought a real estate investment property in Miami using this app  The numbers I am seeing match closely with what Areezo predicted, and the whole process of managing a property remotely was made so much easier by this app. 

Highly recommend this app!!

This app has many features that are very useful to an investor.  It has all the tools needed for an investor to search, evaluate and purchase properties.  It gives the user all the information needed at their finger trips instead of coming up with complicated spreadsheet.  Truly a 5 star app!

Very useful app - I love the analytics this generates and it saves me a lot of time I’d have spent researching real estate investments on my own. 

The concierge service is very helpful for investors - using the app they can select, hire and coordinate with contractors on my behalf.
