Genuinely the best fitness app out there. No ads, free, great ai coach with super easy documentation of your Macros, your exercise, and everything else. Highly recommend

Unlike most fitness apps, this one has everything and by everything I mean everything and everything is free unlike every other app that you come across that you have to pay for for literally everything definitely recommended if you’re trying to lose weight gain weight or just be healthier all in all
