Every single update this app does. Disconnects the feeder preventing it from feeding. This has happened multiple times while away from home endangering the animals. Will not buy again and will be looking for a more secure device next time.

Arf pets tech support has been ignoring my multiple help requests in app for over a month. I have been struggling to feed my cat on time because the automatic schedule operation disappears whenever I set it to “everyday at 2:30 pm…” it’ll disappear 15 minutes after I set it. I can’t always access my phone at work so this is a huge problem for me and my cat. Mostly my cat. I’ve tried setting it for different times and days and all that, reloading the app, factory resets and more. I can feed her manually remotely but for some reason the automation is BROKEN and tech support is nowhere to be found.

Online support was able to identify syncing issues and the device appears to be working beautifully now.
