### 5/5 — Exactly what we need

*2026-07-15*

Way easier than a spreadsheet to share food preferences with others and catalogue them for myself. Fantastic ARFID resource. On top of it all, there aren’t a million ads in my face; it’s got a clean, unobtrusive interface that focuses on doing what the app is supposed to: incredible.

My only complaint is that it’s not in many languages but translation is really hard to do. It could also be nice to have a roulette-style mode where it can serve a random food and then you rate it since scrolling through the list takes a lot of time.

### 5/5 — Great Resource

*2026-07-14*

Perfect app/tool to record all my safe/unsafe foods as well as record food intake day by day.
Very simple to use, could use a little tutorial guide in the beginning.
Bonus- it lets you track food without recording calories or anything else.

### 5/5 — Best food list

*2026-06-24*

I have found so many more food suggestions that I had forgotten I like. It’s made eating so much easier.

### 5/5 — FINALLY A GOOD ARFID APP!!

*2026-06-23*

I’ve had undiagnosed eating issues for the past few years & I suspect I have ARFID. I was writing down a list of safe & unsafe foods in my notes app for a while until I tried looking up ARFID apps, I found this one & I tried it. It’s absolutely perfect. The design, the specifications you can make to what’s safe & not safe, things you want to try, & things you just can’t have. You can even specify what type of grape is safe. (For me it’s crunchy green grapes.) I never leave reviews on apps but this one deserves to be more well known for people with a bad relationship with food. & the app is free as well!! I was so excited when I found this app. Thank you! It’s helped me tremendously.

### 3/5 — Great start as an ARFID tool

*2026-05-12*

I hope you can offer categories to easily find items to limit mental overwhelm. We should be apple to add our own items without requests. Would like to add photos of our food to the item we create as visual support.

### 5/5 — Perfect for people with ARFID

*2026-03-26, version 1.4.1*

Thank you devs. Seriously!!! You are a lifesaver!!!!

### 5/5 — Good

*2026-03-01, version 1.4.1*

It’s so good I have a baby boy and he is not a fan of food

### 4/5 — Disorganized and overwhelming

*2025-12-09*

It’s great to finally see some sort of tool dedicated to tackling ARFID especially considering how much it’s ruined my life thus far. That said, the structure of the list of foods is incredibly disorganized, and its longevity makes it harder to find anything. Yes there’s a search function, but I myself am trying to fill the list and it’s a mammoth task. I also don’t particularly like the fact that marking a food puts it on the food journal; I think this could be useful to some people but I think this should be optional. Regardless, thanks for making this app because it’s such a valuable resource.

### 5/5 — Helpful!

*2025-07-02, version 1.3*

This is so helpful to my dietitian. I forget the foods off the top of my head I would forget to put on my list. As an adult with ARFID plus!

### 5/5 — This is good even if ur not a picky eater?!!!!

*2025-06-25, version 1.3*

This is a great app for anybody
