Most systems are automated or employees work remotely. Upon calling the Credit Union yesterday I could reach no one. There was zero support. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Credit card offers declined *2023-03-26, version 2022.9.2.1* I keep getting credit card offers from argent federal credit union, I have a current auto loan with them, which is never been paid late and is actually paid ahead every month of its due date. I have zero balance on any of my credit cards because I paid in full every month when I use them and I have positive balances in all of my banking accounts and excellent credit rating. I finally decided to apply for the Argent Credit Union credit card offered and was immediately declined twice? You’re allowing your approval process to be skewed in someway and it needs to be corrected. It cost me a hard inquiry on my credit report for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
