Agents on the line don’t guide you with empathy, demonstrate low patience for new users still navigating the app, don’t believe your experience (i.e., when you don’t see something on the app), …just poor. Love the concept of using on-demand public transit and think it has potential, but have so far disliked the experience in practice due to these on-call interactions. ### 1/5 — Fix your app. Inform People they can't use it. *2025-04-24, version 1.2.7* What kind of app doesn't tell you that you cant use it until after you've set up an account and try to use it. Cant rate the service itself because the dumb app didn't tell me you need an early access code or to get on a wishlist BEFORE being able to do ANYTHING. I am currently limping and couldn't get a ride so I organized the plan to take try this service to get home. But as I finish setting everything up and finally hit the find best route button it says that I need an early access code. If id known that I would've planned better, however it does not tell you that until you try to order the ride. I had to walk. Thanks for nothing but pain Argo. Fix your app. ### 2/5 — ETA is never accurate *2026-04-20* I really enjoyed this service once it rolled out but it gets increasingly frustrating waiting for a bus that never stays true to its ETA. Sometimes I am told that the bus will be at my location in 1 minute just to wait outside for 3-4mins before it actually arrives. The maps are also very inefficient. They always seem to take the longest route to get anywhere. I always get delayed despite ordering the bus way ahead of time. One time I had to wait 20mins for a bus (frustrating but understandable since it was early in the morning and they had just gotten started for the day). Around 7 mins before the bus arrived I began to walk to the pickup spot, just for the app to tell me that my bus will now arrive in 16 mins instead of 7. I was also the only one on that bus so the only excuse was the inefficient routing system. ### 3/5 — An honest review… *2026-02-03* At first I LOVEEEDDD this system, in full honesty I still think it’s a great idea! It’s super convenient, accessible and the staff is always friendly… HOWEVER.. the time accuracy is way off, I ordered the bus it said “be there in five” five minutes later it still says five minutes.. another time I ordered and it was one minute away so I cancelled RIGHT AWAY, bc I wasn’t gonna be ready in one minute.. the app then blocked me from ordering for 20 minutes. I commute daily to downtown and this is my go to everyday to commute to the go station! It has ahead time scheduling option or last minute! Give yourself a 15 min buffer and you are good ! Love it ! No more hassle of parking , rushing and driving to the station! ### 5/5 — Awesome trip *2026-05-12* Usually I stray away from buses and public transportation just cause I’ve had so many bad experiences but the Argo bus was great. The driver was super helpful and sweet and the drive was very smooth. Overall the bus was well kept and clean with great air conditioning. The whole sign in process was smooth and I felt very safe.
