## What is Argos AI?

Argos AI is a personal coach that turns any goal into a plan you can actually follow.

Tell it what you want — lose belly fat, learn piano, read more, pass an exam. Argos asks a few clarifying questions, checks the goal is realistic, and builds a step-by-step plan with short daily tasks.

• Daily tasks that fit your time and level
• Report with text, photo or audio — the AI reviews your result and gives feedback
• Videos, books and exercises picked for each task
• Evening check-in: mood, energy, what got done — plus a weekly review every Sunday
• The plan adapts: tired week — lighter tasks; strong week — a bit harder
• Streaks with freeze days, achievements and a progress calendar
• Goal history: see everything you've achieved
• Reminders at the time you choose
• 10 languages

AI advice does not replace a doctor or trainer. Your data is never sold; delete your account any time in Profile.
