Keep getting message “page cannot load” no matter what I try and do! Trying to make payments but cannot do this on the app, what a hassle this is now causing having to call to make payments. I have just bought something which has a 3 MONTH BNPL plan With this app i HAVE TO PAY OFF the 12 month payment plan of OVER £600 BEFORE!!!!!!!!!! The 3 month plan of £135 I know this as i have payed some money in thinking it would be taken off the 3 month plan BUT NO!!, its coming off the 12 month plan instead. Common sense would be to pay off the 3 month plan and then the 12 month plan OR do what the previous ARGOS CARD APP DID which was to let people decide which payment plan they wanted to pay money off of. I also don’t understand why when you want to pay via card payments you have to leave the app to then click cancel to then get the option of card payment. I think who ever is behind the app need to take a good long look at the Argos card app and THEN update this one. Easy to choose the plan to pay off etc. Now run by new day it seems to have just got worse.
