## What is ARGOS?

If something happened to you—at home or away—who would know your pets needed care?

Your friends and family would help. But they may not know help is needed. ARGOS connects your daily check-in with an emergency backup plan for your pets.

Check in once during your chosen daily window—not at every alarm. Missing the first reminder does not immediately alert your contacts. You have until the emergency deadline shown in the app to check in.

If that deadline passes without a confirmed check-in, ARGOS sends your chosen contacts a text with a link to your pets' details and care instructions.

A SIMPLE DAILY ROUTINE Choose a schedule that fits your day. ARGOS provides three alarm stages before the emergency-contact deadline, giving you reminders and time to respond. One successful check-in covers that day's window.

THE PEOPLE YOU TRUST Choose friends, family or neighbours who could help if you cannot care for your pets. Keep their contact details current and discuss the plan with them before relying on it.

YOUR PETS' INFORMATION, READY WHEN NEEDED Add pet photos, identifying details and care instructions. Give your contacts useful information about feeding, medication and other needs, so they are not left guessing.

REMINDERS ON YOUR IPHONE Enable notifications and Critical Alerts to hear alarm notifications through Silent mode and Focus. Availability depends on your device settings and permissions. Check in from the app or its notification action.

FOR MORE THAN DOGS AND CATS Create a backup plan for the animals who depend on you, including birds, rabbits and other pets.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW ARGOS uses scheduled check-ins; it does not automatically detect an accident or your location. It is not an emergency-response service and does not replace emergency services. Your contacts decide how to respond.

Keep your phone powered, your permissions enabled and your account connected to the service. A check-in must reach the server to prevent a missed-check-in alert. Monitoring can pause after repeated missed days; follow the in-app instructions to resume.

SUBSCRIPTION A subscription is required for ongoing monitoring. Available plans, local prices and any eligible free trial are displayed in the app before purchase. The app also displays banner advertising.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or after an eligible free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
