## What is ArguStress Companion?

The ArguStress mnsX monitor is the first wearable device capable of measuring momentary Critical Power (mCP) in real time.

The mnsX Companion app is built to work seamlessly with ArguStress devices, which are available at www.argustress.com.
With the app, you can configure and fine-tune your mnsX monitor, upload your training data to the cloud for advanced analysis, and access or download previous workout records.
