Called the operator who said they would ask the driver to call me - he was only 100m down the road BUT didn’t. I missed a really important meeting. The last few weeks have been awful , I book a taxi for 8.15am , it arrives at 9am, same the next day . I used the service again today to try them again , booked taxi for 8.20am, it arrived at 9.11am Just pathetic , I’ll be using a different service from now on , not even a refund offered. Fare came up to be around £25 on the app was used a save25 promo code for a 25 percent discount. Fare came down to around £19. Booked and paid using Apple Pay. Receipt received told me the charge was £22.15. Called the company and was told the fare before discount was about £29, so i was charged correctly! The fare of £29 and the charge of£ 22.15 never appeared on the app when fare was quoted and booking was made! Beware!
