Only thing I wish was a feature is when sending reminder texts that I could see the messages back without having to setup the entire customer portal and all that. Also wish I could set my own custom reminder message instead of the defaulted one. If you’re looking for diagnostic flow charts that guide you step by step, then keep looking because this ain’t it. Spent $400 US dollars before I realized what this app really is and isn’t. Everything was bigger fonts and everything was color coded. Now everything is grey and really small fonts making finding what you need difficult. Also when adding photos or deleting old invoices app takes forever or just crashes. Also can’t sent invoices through email from android. It’s awesome because it allows my techs to access this software and complete job cards and write ROs out in the field. The fact it’s in the cloud and had a relatively low cost helps me keep my overhead down, which allows me to keep my prices down.
