Honestly it would be more efficient to upload photos from your phone to the computer because at least it won’t crash 50 times and force you to re authorize yourself when the app crashes. Even when the app decides it wants to work, it will still boot you out and “sync offline images” then log you out to re-authorize yourself once again. My record is 8 re-authorizations in 1 day.

Constantly crashes, server errors, reauthorizations, etc. Incredibly buggy and ARI is completely dismissive in fixing the problems, trouble tickets ignored. It’s a three year old version of the software which indicates nobody is even paying attention.

Constantly crashes to the point of being unusable; support always says they are working on it and to upload via the website. Funny, the app is one of the things that sold me on this company.

ARI has consistently done nothing to improve this app. It used to be tolerable but now it is just flat unusable. It errors out and forces you to uninstall it and reauthorize your device which is a pain especially when you consider I only ask the most basic functionality of this app

Terrible, takes less time to email myself the pictures and do it on my computer than this app takes and tech support says oh well….

The app was unusable for a while and it now performs basic functions without crashing. Much better but still room to improve.

Needs the adding of units to be a drop down box for year and brand as it is slow to add units and the picture upload from previously taken photos is clunky at best. The point of a mobile app is to make things easier and faster.

The only suggestion I would make is being able to rotate the images inside the app and on the website once you’ve added them to a new unit.

It's a cool idea, could use a little updates to make it run smoother, but overall a good tool.
