Die App ist sehr rudimentär. Man kann auch keine Updates der Firmware anstoßen. ### 2/5 — Ein Update ist zwingend notwendig! *2022-11-06* Die App hat seit 2 Jahren kein Update erfahren. Es gibt Darstellungsfehler auf der Startseite und innerhalb der Einstellung. Bei Auswahl von „Firmware-Update“ oder „Update der WLAN-Einstellung“ stürzt die App ab oder der Luftentfeuchter verliert die Verbindung zum Heimnetzwerk. Dazu kommt, dass die App zwischenzeitlich nicht oder verzögert reagiert sowie ohne Eingabe die Einstellungen des Luftentfeuchters ändert. Einer der Kaufgründe war Apple Home (ehemals Apple HomeKit), da es sich hier um den einzigsten Luftentfeuchter auf den Markt handelt, der dies unterstützt. Leider ist die Performance nicht die beste, der Luftentfeuchter wird als "Gerät antwortet nicht" angezeigt und mittels Siri lässt sich dieser selten zuverlässig steuern. Dabei lässt sich nur der Luftreiniger einschalten, aber nicht der Luftentfeuchter. Hier sagt Siri immer „Ich konnte nichts in deinem zu Hause finden“. Da sich in den letzen zwei Jahren ein wenig etwas unter der Haube von Apple Home getan hat und Ende dieses Jahres ein großes Update für Apple Home erscheint, fehlen dem Luftentfeuchter die entsprechende Anpassungen (das letzte Firmware-Update ist von Ende 2019). Hier noch ein technisches Problem: Das WLAN lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, es ist recht instabil. Oft verliert der Luftentfeuchter die Verbindung, findet es in den meisten Fällen nach ca. 10 Sek. wieder, wobei es Ausnahmen gibt, wo die Verbindung nicht mehr hergestellt werden könnte, und ein Trennung vom Stromnetz oder eine erneute Einrichtung in Apple Home notwendig war. Es muss dringend ein Update für die App und eine Firmware-Update für den Luftentfeuchter erscheinen. Es wäre zu schade, diese Hardware unter der aktuellen Software leiden zu lassen. Insbesondere für den gewaltigen Aufpreis für die Apple Home Integration. Update: November 2022 Leider gab es kein Feedback seitens De'Longhi bisher zu der Thematik. Update für die App sowie Firmware-Update für den Luftentfeuchter bisher weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Es wäre erfreulich, wenn wenigstens der Luftentfeuchter richtig in Apple Home funktionieren würde. ### 1/5 — Impossible de connecter l’appareil *2021-10-09* Tout est dans le titre! Appli inutile donc. Une fausse bonne idée marketing qui fait qu’un bon produit (le déshumidificateur) l’aise une impression désagréable de s’être fait avoir dans le choix d’un produit connecté. Geräte werden nicht erkannt und wenn, dann nur Ausgeloggt oder als ausgeschaltet. iCloud und IOS muss synchronisiert werden, bzw. dies müssen die Entwickler von De’Longhi korrigieren. ### 1/5 — Toujours pas de mise à jour *2021-07-28* Les dysfonctionnements mentionnés dans tous les avis datent d’il y a un an… et ne sont toujours pas réglés. ### 1/5 — Développeur et marque passe sérieuse! *2021-02-07* Sérieusement regarder les évaluations de toutes vos applications ! Elles dépassent pas les 1,5⭐️ ! Et quand on voit le suivi des applications qui ne sont jamais mise à jour on comprend pourquoi il y’a beaucoup de produit connecter (DELONGHI) qui sont renvoyés ! Moi par exemple demain je ramène mes 3 déshumidificateurs récemment acheter pour ma maison ! En 2021 on est dans l’air du connecter et vous êtes pas à la hauteur et bien vous allez plus faire long feux ! Beaucoup de fabricant comme dyson on compris l’enjeu du connecté et leurs application est un exemple ! Par exemple à l’extérieur de mon domicile je peut régler à la perfection la qualité de l’air avec mon dyson et en revanche avec vous c’est la catastrophe !! Je déconseille à n’importe qui d’utiliser l’application De’Longhi a l’extérieur ! Surtout si le déshumidificateur et enclencher et que vous n’avez pour aucun moyen de l’éteindre et surtout quand votes rentrer pas chez vous de la semaine ! Un truc surtout à ajouter dans l’application c’est une fonctionnalité qui vous dis quand vos appareils ventilent ou non car c’est la base ! Donc vous l’aurais compris vos applications sont zéro tout comme les développeurs !!! Engager des vrai développeurs pour qui mettent de l’orde la dedans !!!!
