### 5/5 — My new favorite sheet music app

*2026-08-08*

Love the recent updates. Can’t wait to see how this app will turn out. It’s already my preferred app for musescore file playback.

### 4/5 — iPad or iPhone?

*2026-07-18*

I’ve been using this for a few days now and am thrilled to finally have a “portable” MuseScore file editor!
Originally I thought the iPad version would make a nice addition to my existing desktop workflow, but after using the iPhone, it’s clear this suits me much better. Waiting in line, for an appointment, whatever, the iPhone is always there and great for working on a melodic transition, tweaking an existing score, or if there’s a simple tune stuck in my head…

Anyway, nothing beats the desktop version of MuseScore on a large screen, but this is very nice for work on the go.

As for the four stars, the app is a great start but could use a little more UI polish here and there.

Response to Developer: Thanks for the response! I don’t mind the smallness of the iPhone version, I actually find it refreshing.
Thoughts/ideas - the Select option seems to show the same “sub menu” as the Note option. It would be helpful if the Select option’s sub menu would allow actions like - Select System, Select Similar, Select Multi, etc…
Thanks again!

**Developer response:** Really appreciate the feedback! Any specific advice or pain points you have? The iPhone for sure gets a little cramped. Is that where a majority of your ui issues lie?

### 5/5 — Finally!

*2026-06-19*

Finally I can play MuseScore Studio scores on my phone! This will be a huge help at my band’s practice sessions. I will be able to play my arrangements on the fly before committing to PDFs. The designer has warned that the app might still have bugs, but I have not found any yet. This app has made my day!
