While the charge went through and the active subscription shows up properly in my iPhone settings, it completely fails to appear inside the app. When I try using the "Restore Purchase" button, it just gets stuck on an infinite loading screen and goes nowhere. To make matters worse, there is no in-app section or contact option to chat or connect with customer care for help.
