## What is ARIS PRO?

ARIS PRO turns the ARIS band into a velocity-based training tool for serious lifters. Wear the band on your arm or thigh, lift, and every rep is measured: how fast the weight moved, how much power you produced, and how consistent the set was.

MEASURED ON EVERY SET
• Rep count, velocity and power, live while you lift
• Estimated 1RM and percentage of 1RM from each set
• Rep-by-rep consistency, so you can see where a set began to fade
• A five-axis set profile: technique, explosive power, hypertrophy, endurance and strength

POWER MODE
Work through a range of loads and ARIS PRO builds a power-versus-load curve for each lift, finds the load where you are most explosive, and suggests the load to try next.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
• Personal records for every lift, with bodyweight-relative strength levels for the common barbell lifts
• Day-by-day training history and calendar
• A seven-day muscle summary on a body map
• Your own routines, built from a library of more than 100 exercises

BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
• Large numbers you can read mid-set
• Countdown beep before each set
• Light and dark themes
• English and Simplified Chinese

WORKS OFFLINE, BACKS UP WHEN YOU WANT
ARIS PRO works without an account, and everything stays on your phone. Sign in with your email to back up your training and restore it on a new phone. Delete your account from Settings at any time.

REQUIRES AN ARIS BAND
ARIS PRO measures your lifts with an ARIS sensor band from Microtube Technologies. A band is needed to record sets.
