I have to check her in later or not at all. This is definitely not user friendly. And waste time for parents getting to work when the system isn’t functioning correctly. ### 1/5 — N/a *2025-03-24* This app is very hard to keep loaded and it is insufficient when trying to get it to work just spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone who told me to delete it and then re-download the app. Major bugs that need to be fixed and worked out because I cannot sit here every day for 30 minutes trying to get this app to work. ### 1/5 — Technical problems *2025-03-24* Just started on app nothing would load kept kicking me out missed the first day being able to check in or out. It has nothing when you download it. Just a username and password staff at my childs daycare cant seem to provide. Doesn’t work. Keeps taking my child out of their system and un-enrolling him. The most stressful thing ever. Before update I was able to log both in & out on the same phone but with different logins. It takes almost 10-15 minutes for it to load and you are almost late wherever you need to be. If you use the app, try to at least spare a good 10 minutes, because the app takes FOREVER to load. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP. The cards were super convenient because you were in and out.
