So you can’t even tell if the app is usable or the workout instructions are any good. The score it gives you initially is based only on your BMI (meaningless), what you say your activity level is, and maybe age. The “plan” it shows you before subscribing only lists the first day of exercises. I tried clicking the app support but on the itunes store page and it says website not found. I click on the restore on the subscription page and it tells me I don’t have a subscription. I got an email receipt telling me I had my payment processed. The help link on that email goes to a company called MeAgain. They say they are a GPL-1 app that has nothing to do with Arise. This whole process is infuriating. You shouldn’t have an app store app if you can’t provide support.
