I’ve missed scheduled intervals due to the schedule not syncing to my calendar. We didn’t ask for this! ### 1/5 — Go back to old version *2026-06-26* This new update is not user friendly it does not sync with your calendar, you can’t select or swap hours getting an error every time.. You can’t see your total hours selected only showing how many interval is selected leaving you to do more work/calculation. You can’t see which day you had any no shows to check for discrepancy like before. You have this weird timing schedule that you have to select either AM or PM it does just show the hours for the full day! I don’t understand why this change was necessary making it more difficult. Why does it have less information? it’s like the ones using the app opinion don’t matter. Go back to the old version this is really bad this is not a good look. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-06-21, version 3.0* This app is horrible releasing and swapping shifts does not working!!! It won’t release then either. Congrats developers, you have made app completely useless. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-06-04* Worked for arise as my own IBO for a few months, most of the programs u work for they are a mess and takes too much time for training, and the only one i was working perfectly fine, arise decided to cut me off the platform with no reason at all and i had no problems either the client ### 1/5 — WARNING: Update Disappointing *2026-06-01* Finally updated 2 days ago and it’s worse. Ugly user interface and just as unusable and nonfunctional as before. Thank goodness I had the old version installed both on my iPhone and iPad and it did not update to the new version automatically on my iPad because I have automatic updates turned off so now I use my iPad to access the old app and it also synced back to my calendar on both devices. ***So do yourself a favor and immediately turn off automatic app updates for that app and if you have it on another device, so you can use it there. ### 1/5 — Is there a negative star system? *2026-05-19* The app has recently updated and it is WORSE! How do you out trash, trash? This app has made it happen. The app is trash. Before the calendar would sync to my calendar, now it doesn’t even do that. The ONLY good thing about the app is that you can look up your schedule. You cannot select hours, release hours or have your time synced. BUT you can review your intervals from your phone. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Horrible *2026-05-16* The previous version of this app was already very bad. This new release from a few days ago is a better attempt, but it's still horrible. The schedule/intervals no longer sync with the calendar like the previous version did, and the interface is now much more confusing. I honestly don't understand how a company that supposedly brings in so much money cannot build an app that is efficient, reliable, and functional. ### 1/5 — No weekly view. *2026-05-15, version 3.0* It was very useful to be able to view my schedule for the week all on one page; now I have to click through every single day and every time block to see what my hours are.
