Honteux ne marche pas assistance et  service client absent ne pas acheter cette marque low cost , une erreur en faisant confiance à mon installateur  qui n’y peux rien mais qui ne pouvait pas savoir . Bref j’Ai remonté le dysfonctionnement depuis des mois et aucune réponse aucunes solutions

Fino a 2 settimane fa tutto okay. Poi aggiornamento ed oltre alle difficoltà a riconnettere il deumidificatore alla rete di casa c’è anche la bella sorpresa che non sono più programmabili gli orari di funzionamento. Ripristinate modalità di programmazione meglio se personalizzabile in termini di orari e giorni.

L’applicazione è ben fatta, offre molte funzioni e ti permette di controllare il climatizzatore da remoto senza problemi. Tuttavia, ha una limitazione che per me è abbastanza rilevante: non è compatibile con Alexa. La versione ‘Net’, invece, lo è, ma purtroppo il mio climatizzatore, pur essendo nuovo, funziona solo con questa app, che non supporta l’integrazione con Alexa.

ATTENZIONE…
Avete aggiornato l’app e mi sono andati via i programmi automatici impostati, peccato che lo split gli ha in memoria e neanche con l’assistenza non hanno saputo fare nulla. Stacco corrente, disinstallo la app e la ri installo, insomma ne ho provate diverse. Ora mi si accende 3 volte al gg con aria fredda (impostato per l’estate) e anche se metto nella nuova app OFF per quell’ora, Si Accende Comunque..!! Ora inizia la battaglia di e-mai per risolvere il problema, se è risolvibile e nn sembra. ( il condiz. ha un anno, ma il problema deriva dall’app)

On ne comprend rien à ce qui se passe. Il n’y a aucun indicateur sur le déshumidificateur. C’est un DS21  . Par exemple je baisse la vitesse du ventilateur. Il ne se passe rien au niveau deshumidificateur. Pourtant ils sont bien connectés (vision du taux d’humidité par exemple).
