## What is Arithmetix?

Make maths practice a small, rewarding part of your child's day. Arithmetix helps children aged 4–11 practise skills from Reception through Year 6, with visual questions, times tables and short challenges.

### 1.1.6 — 2026-09-05

• Questions stop sneaking back into the same practice round. New sessions choose unseen content while it is available.
• Sign-in no longer waits indefinitely for a profile to arrive. Signing out now clears the previous family’s profiles properly.
• Small question banks keep their questions unique instead of filling the seats with clones.
• Child-profile lookups stay with the signed-in parent.

### 1.1.5 — 2026-08-28

What's new in 1.1.5

• Signing into a different account now switches the app to the new user's data immediately. The old account no longer hangs around for a few awkward seconds like a guest who missed the hint.

• Finishing a session twice at nearly the same moment can no longer save it twice, award the same coins twice, or tick the learning plan twice. One maths session, one reward — accountants everywhere may relax.

• Reward checks now use the freshest child profile, including after an offline save, so delayed cloud updates cannot sneak a duplicate reward through the side door.

• Ready Mode accepts leading-zero answers such as 06 when the value is 6, matching normal practice.

• The exercise generators passed a full stress review, and the project is clean of analyzer warnings with 1,188 tests passing.

• Arithmetix now requires iOS 15 or later.

• No shiny new features this time. This is a housekeeping release — brooms, screwdrivers, the works.
• Everything under the hood got a once-over so future updates land smoothly.
• If you notice absolutely nothing different, that's a ten out of ten from us.
