Did not get a response from customer service

**Developer response:** Hi Albrecht Hahn, 
we couldn't find an order under this name. We track the delivery times of each of our orders to constantly monitor our customer promise. There has never been an order with a delivery time of 4h. If we are wrong, please send us your order number to info@getarive.com and we will take care of the case.

I cannot say enough good things about Arive. From the gorgeous branding, to easy usability, the amazing range of products… it’s like if I dreamed up an app this would be it. The service has always been on time, fast and friendly. There’s also so much intentionality within the product selection, they have my favorite brands and it’s a great place to discover new ones. If you need a gift, this is THE PLACE. Especially when it’s Friday, you’ve just got off working and rushing to a birthday party - Arive makes it look like you had it together ahead of time. J’adore ❤️
