Win or lose they seem to be concerned about there customers and how there bets are going. BetFred is a more personalized book with a great easy to use platform and awesome promotions. I recently signed up and he asked if I had any questions about promotions or how the app functioned. I’ve never been contacted first by a Sports book so it was refreshing in that sense. I have high hopes for this company seeing how they are proactive in their approach when reaching out to clients. The app itself is pretty standard and intuitive. Haven’t used this sports book yet and I had a few questions so I reached out to customer service. They were fast and thorough and answered my questions within minutes. I have contacted their “ customer service” agents multiple times telling them their withdraw option it’s working and that I just want a check mailed. Three weeks later, no check mailed and my winnings still in the account. This app is by far the worst one!!! Once I finally get my money, I’m deleting this app. It’s horrible. Sketchy business. Avoid at all cost. ### 1/5 — Does recognize when you’re logged in. Poor location services *2023-01-15, version 1.14* The app will decide that you’re not logged in because it can’t do a location search fast enough. It’ll show I’m logged in but won’t show me my bets since it could grab my location. ### 1/5 — Worst Sportsbook App *2022-09-21, version 1.13* Virtually impossible to use, I got so frustrated with it I just withdrew my winnings and deleted the app. I had constant issues with making bets, uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure the app was up to date, nothing made a difference. I’ll just stick with the other much better Sportsbook apps. ### 1/5 — Man i didn’t believe some reviews but wow is this app bad *2022-08-20, version 1.12* Everything went smoothly at first I got verified within 1-2 days and was able to deposit no problem. However the app itself and the user I terrace is horrible. I try to place same game parlays and as I’m picking teams the bet slip randomly deletes them. ### 1/5 — First time offer *2022-05-21, version 1.12* Terrible. Please if your thinking about using them don’t. Me and a few friends tried to do the first time welcome offer they provide and we both did it on my phone and for “security reasons” not only did they take away are first time welcome offer they literally banned us from any promos they made in the future and I had a supervisor call me and was completely rude and didn’t even offer to help us. I wouldn’t recommend this Sportsbook to anyone. ### 1/5 — By far the worst sportsbook in Arizona *2022-05-02, version 1.1* This Sportsbook is the worst and sketchiest one in Arizona. It is run by crooks. If you’re a new Arizona better thinking about taking advantage of their promos, don’t. Whatever you deposit will be gone and they’ll delete your account like they did to me and others I know. Customer service did nothing. Will be reporting them to the gaming commission and considering legal action. ### 1/5 — Worst AZ book STAY AWAY *2022-03-19, version 1.1* First off, it took 9 days to get verified and multiple talks with customer service. I’m a 31 year old Arizona citizen shouldn’t of taken more than a day. As frustrating as that was, I tried them out anyway. Had an issue where I placed a bet, was told it was confirmed. I win the bet and go to check my balance and it’s unchanged. Apparantly my bet had been cancelled. Seems really sketchy, was never told it was cancelled just my bet was voided with no notification. So I had a winning bet and wasn’t given my winnings. Talked to customer service for hours they weren’t helpful at all. This is all in day one with Betfred. I used there free bet and won to get a little profit even with my loss and cashed out immediately, won’t be using them again. ### 1/5 — Not good *2022-03-08, version 1.1* The app UI is really bad. It keeps defaulting to European hockey and the layout is really unfriendly. I also spent 20 min trying to add money from my PayPal but it kept giving me an error. All other deposit options want a bank account or social. I just gave up. Only reason I would ever use it is for a promotion. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work well *2022-10-17, version 1.13* Most of the time when I click on an event to see the updated line, I get a blank page. Very annoying. I’ve tried restarting phone, etc., but still frequently have this problem. They have a nice betting menu to choose from, fair live odds, and good promos. Their customer service has been excellent in my interactions with them. If there’s ever an issue, it gets addressed by customer service quickly.
