IT IS LITERALLY THE SAME PIECE OF PAPER! It is so frustrating messing with this for 20 min every time I have to deposit a check only to be told it is “held for review” that I am now looking for a new bank. ### 5/5 — Great But Small *2026-05-27, version 2026.01* We have been customers for over 10 years and pleased with this small credit union. The employees are very friendly. Most of the times I visit there is no wait. And the people who work are very knowledgeable ### 1/5 — Seriously worst banking app *2026-03-13* I’m seriously considering switching banks because of this app. Every time I try to deposit a check it tries to tell me the back isn’t the same size as the front, randomly crops out the image. If all you are using it for is to check balances then fine but given there are hardly any bank locations left, I need the app to deposit checks and there’s no reason this shouldn’t work. ### 2/5 — Zelle *2026-02-01, version 2025.5.0.1* I just recently opened an account, checking and savings. Every time I try to Zelle my money over, it will kick me out the app and I’m not able to access Zelle. Love the breakdown and organized it is. I mean they even have a widget for the app so you can just check it on your phone at any time without logging in. The only gripe I have at the moment is the Zelle not working. Got to the point where I had to add the contacts and the app keeps crashing. Other then that.
