Every time I try to Zelle my money over, it will kick me out the app and I’m not able to access Zelle. IT IS LITERALLY THE SAME PIECE OF PAPER! It is so frustrating messing with this for 20 min every time I have to deposit a check only to be told it is “held for review” that I am now looking for a new bank. ### 1/5 — Seriously worst banking app *2026-03-13* I’m seriously considering switching banks because of this app. Every time I try to deposit a check it tries to tell me the back isn’t the same size as the front, randomly crops out the image. I’ve taken most of my money out of this bank and I’m thinking I’m probably going to cancel the account totally it has become a joke and a transit customer service. Bank is great for giving me the lowest rate, absolutely terrible for not having Face ID in 2023. Absolute pain to login and I seriously despise it. There was a time where this was not available to me, but now that I'm able to, I almost never have to go to the bank. The app is secure and does what it should do. It gives me my balance and allows me to do dinner additional things.
