Love that you can add dependents to your main profile when you set it up in a web browser. Now you can carry the entire family proof of insurance card, doc info, essential phone numbers in the app. ### 1/5 — Broken App *2023-05-03* Once I log into the app an error msg comes up that it can’t display the page and from there it just goes into infinite load. Would be nice to be able to look over my health care. Would rate zero stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Exception error *2023-01-23* Exception error, immediately after login. The app just hangs and timer icon rotates continuously. The only thing that this app has given me is a migraine. I was able to create my User name and password. Next your supposed to login and register your card info and that’s where it all stopped for me. It said I needed to refresh the screen, but there was no way to do it. I swiped away the app and tried to log in. Then it wouldn’t log me in without an orange error message saying “Unauthorized User.” I changed my password and tried again, same problem! I’m not sure what this app is supposed to do because it’s not doing anything. ### 1/5 — Unauthorized login that works fine in a browser *2022-04-29* After a year you would think that AZ Complete Health would address whatever technical issues that have left their app so fatally crippled OR they might instead stop directing members to download it, but you would be wrong. AZ Complete mess still can’t fix a login problem for thousands of consumers so why would the state trust them to handle complex medical needs for AZ’s most vulnerable populations?! Pick Banner or Mercy Care. Anything but this. ### 1/5 — Unable to use *2021-03-23* I am able to log into the website but says unauthorized when trying to log in. I thought this app would be great to not have to carry around my ID card but I will make sure to carry them instead of this app. Hope it gets fixed. It’s a great concept ### 1/5 — “Pretty blank screen” *2021-01-07* As previously stated, the site shows a nice blank white screen and it appears that they’re not in a rush to do anything about it. Zero would be a better rating. ### 1/5 — Is there a point? *2020-12-29* Let’s start by stating that this would be 0 stars if possible. Now in my case that app functions perfectly as far as opening, showing the log in screen and a forgot password link. That’s ask I can tell you really because my login is invalid here but using the same device with the same Apple ID keychain I am able to login in just fine on Safari. This falls into epic fail category for sure. Useless, absolutely useless. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-07-24* If you’re going for a solid white screen, then the app works perfectly.
