I use this password manager called Bitwarden, and all of my passwords are random strings of characters that I could only hope to memorize. ### 2/5 — Still needs work *2021-01-06* First, I am not alerted consistently to transactions. My settings are such that I should be notified of every transaction. It works for a week or two & then nothing. Today I pulled up my account. I have a transaction pending BUT when I open Card Power, it states I have NO transactions. To further frustrate me, the version here says 1.0.7 but when I look at the version in my app it says 1.0.9. I will track my stuff the old fashioned way until improvements are made to this app. Solid start, failed follow through. ### 4/5 — AZ Fed App *2021-01-06, version 1.0.7* App is great but I stopped getting notification when I use my card. Otherwise I like the bank a lot! It always blips out of the app and I have to re-enter everything a second time. Refreshing does nothing to help and I have uninstalled / re-installed several times. ### 3/5 — Pin problem *2018-11-13, version 1.0.5* Pin only works occasionally. Pin screen changes to login screen before my pin can be entered. Fix that and it's five stars. Using a 6s plus. ### 1/5 — Can’t Paste Password *2018-10-05, version 1.0.5* For me, this app is unusable, as I use a password vault app to store my unique and complex passwords, none of which I have memorized. I access my vault, copy the passwords, and paste where needed to access my accounts. As I am not allowed to paste my password to log in to this app, I can not use it. ### 3/5 — Not much better *2018-03-27* In short, the previous version out performs this one. I have to log in every single time I open the app. If this is for more security, at least set up Touch ID. Also, the app lags and takes longer to update. It will often transpose purchases on different cards. Not sure how this was an update. Happy to have the card control but the app took a step back. ### 1/5 — Update ruined the app *2018-03-09, version 1.0.5* It constantly crashes now and now you don’t have the feature to stay logged in. As an OCD individual I hate having notifications and this makes it quite a hassle to constantly log in ### 2/5 — Can't Add New Card *2017-02-23* Replaced my debit card, but the app won't let me add it. Asks for my account number first then says account number is already being used. Duh! I have the same account, just a new card number. Now this app is pointless cause it doesn't give me any type of "cardpower" ### 1/5 — Disappointing right off *2016-12-28* When trying to setup an account, I kept getting a message along the lines of "Our system is not available. Try again later". As it turns out, the app doesn't allow you to use special characters in the user name or password, and then issues a misleading error message. Disappointing due to: 1. Misleading error message. 2. Not allowing users to choose special characters for password; this makes the password be very weak, opening the door for hacking. If this app is hacked, it completely defeats its purpose of protecting my bank cards. ### 4/5 — I would give it 5 stars, but... *2016-10-29* It's a big problem when I can't login sometimes. I get a pop up that says "the financial institution cannot be reached at this time". So if I've stopped for gas and go into the app to turn my card on, it won't access the server. That's a problem! I can't get gas and carry on my way. Otherwise, I love that I can turn my card on/off, but at other times, it's very inconvenient if I need to turn it on and can't. ### 1/5 — Was hopeful...Too many bugs *2016-10-28, version 1.0.2* Wanted this to work, but couldn't finish the registration process after putting in my information. I have checked, double checked and triple checked and both are absolutely correct! I sometimes will use my card over cash just to get the notifications 😊. I recently had fraud transactions occur in the Philippines while I was in Az. I was able to turn off my card in bed at 3am. Didn't have to call or dig for phone numbers and went back to sleep. I not had card power I wouldn't have been notified until after 9am. #fraudsaver Love this App!!!! ### 5/5 — Saved me from fraud within the first month! *2016-08-30* Not only can I control what kind of transactions clear my debit and credit cards, but this app already helped prevent fraudsters from emptying my account! My wallet was stolen from my locker at the gym. While listening to music on my phone, the CardPower app sent me a push notification for a transaction I didn't do - It's tough to buy something at the grocery store while lifting weights at the same time. Through the app I was able to freeze my cards to prevent further unauthorized transactions. I disputed the fraud online then got a new card from my branch the next day. Well worth the download for the additional control and awareness of what's going on in my account! ### 5/5 — I Feel Protected! *2016-08-30* I love having the Instant notifications of when my credit or debit card is ran.
