However, it can be a real pain in the buns at times. When I take a pic of the front of the check, NO problem. But when it asks me to take a pic of the back I almost always get an error. Stating that the pics are not the same size. Not sure how that is possible bc I am still sitting in the same position taking a pic with the same background, etc. Super frustrating when I have to take 3 pics of the back to make it work. Or worse yet, needing to wait for the check to be checked out by someone else before it is credited to my account. This was never a problem when AFCU had a separate business app. Can somebody please fix this?? It use to be so easy to navigate and know it feels like I am constantly having to expand and contract to find the payers I use every month! When I moved out of Arizona a few years back, I really didn’t want to leave the bank. Thankfully for this app I didn’t need to. All my banking needs are right here. The main issue I have now is the search engine. I need to know when I spent money at a certain business, there's no way to look it up. this stupid banking app only has what date and the min/max transaction amount as search filters. I recommend Mountain America Credit Union for Arizonans. Everytime AZFCU said “no..” to me, MACU said yes with a smile and fantastic customer service. ### 1/5 — Font and bill pay suck *2026-04-29, version 2026.01* The new font is hard to read and ugly. The bill pay section is impossibly difficult now vs what it used to be. It was very easy to see all of your bills, and when they were paid and how much you paid, but with this update, it requires multiple clicks to get to the payment history. This newest formatting for Bill Pay is a giant step backward. I hope they fix this soon. ### 1/5 — Bad changes *2025-11-18, version 2025.7.2.1* Now it no longer auto logs in when you setup FaceID. Before you opened the app and it logged in if you had it setup. Now you have to tap Login. The worse part is when viewing your transactions and you swipe up to access another app, respond to a text, open your very extensive Sheet to track your budget. Then when you go back in to this app, it flys all the way back to the top. So you are conatantly fighting with the scrolling. ### 1/5 — New update view is not user friendly. *2025-10-03, version 2025.7.2.1* I used to be able to view several transactions at once and now I have to keep scrolling to view. And why can’t I remove the extra accounts that I will never use. I really appreciated that the credit union would refund a portion of the interest we paid each year on specific loans. Unfortunately they have discontinued this but I still love my credit union. They are an amazing credit union. They have great customer service, help with banking issues, keep track of fraud and IN FACILITY bank card copies.
