Camera doesn’t function and it locks the phone up. Only option is to kill the app. ### 1/5 — The WORST *2024-02-21* This is the worst banking app on the planet. It takes forever to load or just doesn’t load at all. I would try to transfer money into my checking. It says it transfers but when I try to use my card it declines. Log back into the app and it never transferred. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2023-12-01* I do not like this app. Every time I have checked on my account it takes to long because I am constantly waiting for my transactions to load. It keeps saying “COMMUNICATION ERROR” Its mobile deposit doesn’t work. The app has always been incredibly annoying and not user friendly, but this is a new level! I’m about to switch banks if you guys can’t figure out your online banking. You don’t need an app for TWO locations, a simple website would do just fine.
