The offerings are too few to diversify properly. There is too much concentration risk holding more than 5% of a portfolio in one asset. This limits how much capital I am willing to risk with this opportunity. I have tried without success to liquidate my portfolio and move it to a more liquid market. Don’t trap your money with this APP.
