## What is Arkana HCM?

Arkana HCM is the employee self-service app for companies that use the Arkana Human Capital Management platform. If your company uses Arkana HCM, ask your HR team for your company code and login credentials to get started.

• Attendance correction — submit a correction when a clock-in was missed, and track its approval

• Payslips — access your monthly payslips securely from your phone
• My Team — managers can view their team and approve requests on the go
• Calendar — company events and holidays in one place
• Directory & knowledge base — find colleagues and company information quickly
• Notifications — know the moment a request is approved

GETTING STARTED

1. Ask your HR team for your company's 6-character company code, or scan the QR code they share
2. Enter the code to connect the app to your company
3. Sign in with the email and password provided by your company

Arkana HCM is a multi-tenant HCM platform: any company can subscribe and give its employees access through this app. Visit our website to learn more.

Note: this app requires an account issued by an employer that subscribes to Arkana HCM. Location and camera permissions are used only for attendance clock-in verification.
