We will be leaving your branch. ### 1/5 — Website *2023-12-05* Im having problems connecting to the website. ### 1/5 — They deactivate your account *2022-12-18* If you don’t log in online they if you don’t use online banking. The "back" button that's nice and big at the top doesn't take you to the last screen you were on but instead backs you completely out of the session that you're currently in. To get back to where you were it requires you to enter your 3 step log in information again only to tell you that you're already logged in. Even just some visual updates that help with the ease of access would make me feel better about this app. ### 3/5 — Face ID *2019-03-03* Will not allow Face ID with iPhone X plus ### 3/5 — Mobile deposit is NOT quick and easy *2018-11-08* I love the new app this year. Having my checking balance readable before even logging in is super helpful when I’m getting groceries a little too close to payday. And I used to love the mobile deposit. I used it all summer when my job didn’t offer direct deposit with no problems. Now I have a check I need deposited ASAP, but the app freezes after I “capture back of check.” I live out of state for school so mobile deposit is really my best option now — if it works.
