Defend your Arkansas Federal debit and credit cards with the ability to define when, where and how your cards are used. Customize transaction alerts and control your transactions by your location, spending limits or even disable your lost or stolen card. Card On/Off Settings When the card is “on”, transactions are allowed based on your usage settings. When the card is “off”, no purchases or withdrawals are approved until the card is subsequently turned back “on”. Location-Based Controls and Alerts Restrict transactions to merchants near your location (using your phone’s GPS) and have transactions declined outside of a specified range. Usage Controls and Alerts Set spending limits to decline transactions above your thresholds. Monitor activity by category such as gas stations and restaurants, as well as by type (in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions and ATM transactions). I can’t unlock my debit card. A big inconvenience. ### 1/5 — App Crashes on Launch *2023-04-05* The App has not been functioning after updating iOS to version 16.4. This issue has been present for more than a week and AFCU has been slow to respond for requests to expedite a fix They have stated that they are at the mercy of their developers.
