I never received the email with the code to activate this app and based on the other reviews - I think I’m glad I never got it set up.

App will not open after updating my iPhone. I can’t unlock my debit card. A big inconvenience.

The App has not been functioning after updating iOS to version 16.4. This issue has been present for more than a week and AFCU has been slow to respond for requests to expedite a fix They have stated that they are at the mercy of their developers. More support is needed for this App.

This app has never helped me! It’s only screwed me; in the grocery store checkout, Christmas shopping, buying my refrigerator!! It’s never actually blocked a fraudulent transaction! And the text messages to authorize transactions are not timely, they come hours to days later. And the customer service works (shockingly) bankers hours!

Whenever it decides to allow me connect again I will be unlocking my card and deleting this app because it’s too much of a hassle to use. Right now it’s saying my financial institution is unavailable and all I’m trying to do is use the card defend app to unlock my card.

I like card defend when it works. It worked a couple of times when I downloaded it now it wont even open I just get the load screen with a card goes back and forth. I dont when the next update is but I pray they fix whatever is wrong with it.

Works great the first time you use it after the download, but then all you see is the cards shuffling up and down. Have to power my phone off and back on to get it to work each time I want to open the Card Defend App. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.
