This season, the availability of the games has been spotty. There’s a headphones button to listen, but frequently the actual game listing with a play button to start it is missing completely. ### 2/5 — The changes to app are horrible *2026-03-07, version 174.0.6* You you use to be able to open schedule and it would align to current or next game. I have done everything possible to make it work and it just keeps taking me to the download page when I try to listen to a baseball game. Even downloaded and paid for the Hog+ app as instructed to do so. They send you to the instructions, but no sound. Who wants the stats of coaches years past. When I look up stats, I want it to be current stats for the players playing in a current game. Like how many fouls does a certain player have and how many team fouls. I know that requires someone keeping the stats updated during the game. Sad to say but last year’s boring looking app was infinitely better. ### 1/5 — Updates have ruined the app *2025-11-19* The app was great several years ago, very user friendly and easy to navigate and get quick updates on games in progress. But the updates in the last couple of years have made it so busy and it’s not user friendly at all. It used to be easy to select the sports you want and then it would show a calendar of them right when you open the app. Now you have to down a rabbit hole just to find the schedule for one sport. Or look at alllllllll of the sports on the same calendar and weed through them all to find what you are looking for. What’s the point of having the option to choose the sports you follow? And forget trying to find scores/stats/updates on a game in progress when in situations you can’t listen to the app or watch the game. Thank goodness for the Gameday football and SEC baseball apps that easily show in game info. Hopefully I can find a basketball app that does the same and then delete this Razorback app once and for all ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Embarrassing App *2026-05-28, version 174.0.6* I’ve never written a review for an app before but this app is so horrible it’s worth my time to trash it. I can never find the info Im looking for. When is the game? Good luck. Wanna listen to a game broadcast? Not gonna happen. I genuinely can’t believe that D1 institution would present this garbage to its fans. What ever you paid for this app was to much. That money could’ve went to a 3 string women’s basketball players NIL. ### 1/5 — Seriously… *2026-04-18, version 174.0.6* Awful design and user experience. Trash it and start over. ### 1/5 — Very poor UX, too focused on monetization - get back to the basics *2026-04-12, version 174.0.6* The old version of the app did the basic things well but needed a facelift. The updated version looks nicer, but it’s a disaster to do the basic things. When someone clicks the “listen” button from the app, the play audio for the app should be the first thing available with another link below to “other ways to listen.” The link shouldn’t go to a website with only radio options. The reason this is problem is bc the audio play button disappears, so there’s been games where you can’t use the app for stretches at all time bc you can’t find the play audio button. And when you listen to the game itself, ads are often injected when you first start listening, regardless of whether Phil is live, and I’ve had multiple times where I’ve been in the middle of a sequence, and an ad drops for no reason and miss the game. Clicking on the schedules, each game’s “real estate” is entirely too big. The user can only see 2 scores in one screen and has to scroll past ads every 3-4 games, which again highlights the failings of the design. Star broadcast also has far too many ads. Too may times I’ve tried to toggle the views and accidentally clicked the ad, went back and the stats weren’t updating, requiring the user to close and reopen the stats. I also believe it’s caused the updates to hang/freeze and not being as close to live as they used to be bc you are overloading it. If you’d like feedback on another version, I’m happy to help, but this version doesn’t have the user in mind and needs an overhaul. Feels like monetization was focused on and not the UX, and you’ve killed the app, IMO. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-04-08, version 174.0.6* Having to scroll to literally the bottom of the home page to even see what time a game starts is silly. And the radio option only works randomly anymore. Revert the changes because this is just BAD. Listen to the feedback, every single new review last month was a 1 star. I hate scrolling down to find the latest game and passing it and having to go back. Especially terrible midseason for any sports. Just make it where you can either jump to the next upcoming game or it shows the next game at the top. If you fix this I’ll change my review ### 1/5 — Amateur looking font, poorly designed *2026-03-13, version 174.0.6* The schedule doesn’t open with today’s date. Instead, it opens with the season opener so by the end of the season, you have to scroll a dozen swipes to get to the current date… Just not user-friendly. I just tried to read an article and a video ad kept popping up so I just gave up on trying to read the article.
