First of all, I tried to log into the APP using my existing details- but it wouldn’t allow me in. After several attempts, I finally created an APP account, thinking that if I do not see a message saying “This account already exists “ then I’m good to go. NOT THE CASE. I thought it would be easier to use the APP, but on logging in, there is no record of my account and it is telling me to shop in store! Very strange and useless APP.
