ArkRPG is an RPG Maker game player built for iPhone and iPad. Import game files you own and enjoy RPG Maker MZ, MV, XP, VX, and VX Ace titles wherever you go.

ArkRPG rebuilds the runtime, rendering, input, and resource pipeline for mobile devices while adding game management and controls designed for touch screens.

Built-in Ruby 1.8, 1.9, and 3.1 compatible runtimes select the appropriate environment for XP, VX, VX Ace, and modern XP forks, while ongoing RGSS1/2/3 compatibility work covers graphics, input, audio, archives, and legacy script behavior.

**Flexible, Reliable Import**
Import folders, ZIP, RAR, and 7z archives, compatible APK game packages, and password-protected archives. ArkRPG detects the game directory and engine automatically.

**RGSS Runtime Assets**
If an XP, VX, or VX Ace game requires RTP assets, download or import the matching runtime package directly from Settings instead of locating missing files one by one.

**Controls for Touch and Gamepads**
- Custom virtual controls with adjustable layouts, sizes, opacity, and function keys
- Keyboard presets for saving and switching control schemes
- Support for compatible iOS game controllers
- Mouse and touch emulation for games that rely on clicks, right-clicks, or wheel input

**MTool JSON Translation Files**
Load JSON translation files generated by MTool. ArkRPG continues to improve text matching across menus, multiline dialogue, and different plugin environments.

**iCloud Save Sync**
Supported MZ and MV games can sync saves between iPhone and iPad through iCloud, with conflict handling and manual sync controls. Cloud save sync is not currently available for XP, VX, or VX Ace games.

**Local Game Management**
Manage covers, titles, control presets, translation files, and runtime options in one place. ArkRPG can convert mobile-incompatible video formats such as WebM during import and resume unfinished processing.

**Localized Interface**

I tested one XP game, although it was able to achieve more things than another ios RPG Maker player i tried (i.e., text having a different font), it falls short in other areas.
For example, you can’t move diagonally, even when you switch the d-pad to a joy stick, the game XP I tested has support for diagonal movement, so please add support for that
Another issue is that the game uses the Universal Message System script, and the little window where a character’s name would be doesn’t show any text
Auto-tiles have this weird grid pattern on them
Please fix these in a future patch, thank you!

Updating my review. The developer responded quickly and helped point me in the right direction. After retrying, the game imported correctly, my save works, and the customizable controls are fantastic. Really appreciate the support.

A known issue is that incomplete imports can leave residual files in the GameLibrary, causing the error you saw. We've optimized the import process in version 2.0.0 to avoid this. I really wanted to like this app. On my iPhone, I imported a valid RPG Maker MV game (Black Moon Prophecy Remake v1.08). ArkRPG correctly recognized the game structure, transcoded the video, and reached 100% during import. If I try importing again, it says “Game already exists,” and the game folder is created under GameLibrary. However, My Games still shows 0 games, and searching for the game returns no results. I also tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Hopefully this can be fixed because the app has a lot of potential.

튕기거나 오류 생기는것도 없어서 다 좋은데 울프툴 게임은 안되는게 아쉽네요 울프툴까지 구동할수있게 하는건 힘들까요..??
