UX and UI don’t make any sense. I’m 100% sure that they haven’t done any usability testing. ### 1/5 — App books without showing it app - leads to zombie tickets *2024-08-12, version 2.4.8* It seems like I was able to book tickets without the app showing it. This means that I bought three tickets for one ride. When using my existing card I get stuck again since the app doesn’t return from my bank verification. I have to kill the app and start it again to access my ticket.
